“Assaboreix l’Illa” – Enjoy Mallorcas’ original taste!

The gastronomic routes aim to promote typical products of Mallorca, to maintain  the tradition of local cuisine and to bring closer, to residents as to visitors, what identifies us as ” Product Balear”. The routes “Assaboreix l’Illa” shall be a boost to the economy and to tourism.
“Assaboreix l’Illa” invites the residents and tourists, especially during the low season, to enjoy the food,  as well as commercial, cultural and entertaining events that take place on the island. Furthermore, it combines the effort of the private sector, involving distinctive and major quality trademarks of the brand Illes Balears.
The initiative counts with the involvement and participation of the “Acadèmia de la Cuina i del Vi de Mallorca” (Mallorcan academy of cooking & wine) and Mallorca’s most renowned restaurants.

From 4 to 13 April in Palma, the gastronomic routes invite us to participate and to enjoy Mallorcas original taste!
